Diffuse backlight in indivdual sizes and colors.

The Flexlight Back is an indirect diffuse backlight. The homogenous and highly diffuse light is especially well suited for inspecting and measuring outlines and for position control. Size can be scaled in increments of 100 mm in width and length up to a maximum size of 800 mm x 1000 mm.  Choose from three standard colors - additional wavelengths are available upon request.

Flexlight Back Size options

Size of the light

The length and width of the Flexlight Back can be freely designed in 100 mm steps. The maximum size of the luminous area is 800 mm x 1000 mm.

The LED colors white (5000 K), red and infrared are available as standard. Furthermore, the position and number of cable outlets can be determined to suit your application.

Configuration example

Flex Backlight with indirect diffused light emission in a size of 300mm x 300mm. White LEDs (5000K) were chosen.

The data sheet contains an example of the suitable configuration via connection with the MBJ controller CTR-50 for continuous light operation.

CTR-50 LED-Controller

Switch and dim LED currents up to 4 A

The CTR-50 allows simple and precise current adjustments. The desired current is set manually via two rotary controls. Alternatively, the CTR-50 can be completely configured via a PC using the RS232 interface.
