We are pleased to announce that in March 2021 MBJ Solutions GmbH has fully merged with MBJ Services GmbH. With the merger of the two companies, the product portfolio of MBJ Services is now fully managed by MBJ Solutions. All personnel, the product portfolio and the support duties for the products are now completely in the hand of MBJ Solutions GmbH. Of course, your previous contact persons in sales and support will continue to work for you in the same way as before, now under the company MBJ Solutions.
For a uniform market presence, we will link the website of MBJ Services GmbH to the website of MBJ Solutions in Mai 2021 and continue the product information there in a separate product section. This will also cause the change of the former green company color to the blue of MBJ Solutions GmbH.
By merging the two companies, we hope to achieve long-term synergies in product development, manufacturing and thus also in the possibility of making prices even more attractive for our customers. Due to the proximity of the products of both companies right from the beginning, we are convinced that this step will also be an advantage in the long term company development.
